Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AkmensLandia (the “Server”), including purchasing VIP or other subscriptions, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Server.

2. Jurisdiction & Age Requirement

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Server.
  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Latvia.

4. Rules of Conduct

  • No cheating, hacking, exploiting, or use of unauthorized third-party software.
  • No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other players or staff.
  • No advertising or spamming.
  • Follow all instructions from server staff.

5. VIP/Subscription Policy

  • VIP and other subscriptions are digital goods that provide in-game benefits as described on the purchase page.
  • Subscriptions are non-transferable and only valid for the account that made the purchase.
  • Benefits may change or be removed as the server evolves. No benefits are guaranteed.
  • Purchasing a subscription does not grant ownership of any part of the Server or its content.

6. Ban and Suspension Policy

  • Breaking server rules may result in a temporary or permanent ban at the discretion of staff.
  • If you are banned for violating the rules, you forfeit any active VIP/subscription status and will not receive a refund.
  • Attempts to evade bans (e.g., using alternate accounts) may result in further action.

7. Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final. No refunds will be given except where required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in a permanent ban.

8. Appeals

If you believe you were banned unfairly, you may appeal by contacting us at [email protected] or via our Discord.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Server after changes means you accept the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via our website or Discord.

10. Limitation of Liability

AkmensLandia is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AkmensLandia and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, in-game items, or other damages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Server at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All server content, branding, and code are the property of AkmensLandia or their respective owners. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Server without express permission.

12. User-Generated Content

By submitting or creating content on the Server (including in-game signs, chat, or Discord), you grant AkmensLandia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and remove such content. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
